The brewing facility and taproom will be located at 4040 Dahlia Street in Denver. Four Noses Brewing’s parent company, 4NB Holdings LLC, acquired Odd13 Brewing in Lafayette this fall, and the new facility will be used to produce 4 Noses Brewing and Odd13 brews.

The concept for the original 4 Noses Brewing, located at 8855 W. 116th Circle in Broomfield, first struck co-founder Tommy Bibliowicz, his brother, and parents while on a trip to Ireland in 2008. According to the 4 Noses website, the family was savoring the smells of their Guinness beers when they first contemplated the idea of bringing their passion for beer to Broomfield.

Since the Broomfield taproom opened in 2014, the family-owned business developed the Wild Provisions Beer Project in Boulder and recently acquired Odd13.

The 4 Noses beers are ever-evolving as constant experimentation allows the brewing company to create quality blond ales, spicy stouts, seasonal IPAs, sours, and more. Broomfield taproom guests can sample 20 beers on tap and savory dishes from a rotating number of food trucks.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for beer lovers at the future site of the Denver taproom.
