Restaurant partners Clay McPhail and Don Redlinger told What Now Denver the team should have the Burger Bar open by winter 2023.

5280 currently has locations in Austin, Texas; Westminster, CO; and downtown Denver, CO. While the menus remain largely similar at the three locations, it’s clear that each has been tailored to fit the region and seasons.

Redlinger told What Now Denver, “[The incoming] 5280 Burger Bar will be very similar to our other stores, but will differ in a couple of ways. For example, we’ll serve frozen-custard mixups (think Blizzards with frozen custard — much better!) and shaketini shakes. The menu will still be seasonal [and include] chef-driven burgers. We think they are the best in town.”

Editor’s Note: This story was updated Nov. 30 with a new opening timeline for the restaurant.
