Documents show that Daily Grains is set to replace an existing structure at 707 S. Public Rd. with a new 1,536-square-foot building that will house the bakery and small office spaces. It’s right outside the main strip of retail businesses in Lafayette.

There will be a 685-square-foot outdoor patio space, and parking for four vehicles. The total lot size is 6,250 square feet. The renderings for the design of the building shows it will incorporate traditional elements with modern touches.

With a focus on naturally leavened sourdough made from ancient and heritage grains, Daily Grains represents a commitment to high-quality, sustainable food. Information on menu options is not available yet.
