The second STK Steakhouse in Denver (and more than 17th overall), this will bring STK’s signature “dynamic, fine dining experience” and juicy steaks to the economically-popping Cherry Creek neighborhood (per STK). Along with the Kona Grill in Cherry Creek and the downtown STK Steakhouse, this will be the overarching One Group’s third Denver foray.

STK is a major name in the One Group’s suite of global hospitality venues. Aiming for upscale, “polished casual, high-energy restaurants and lounges,” the steakhouse is a standard bearer of the brand. Its other major restaurant, Kona Grill, aims for the same vibe through high-quality cocktails alongside “award-winning” sushi and American favorites.

According to Nation’s Restaurant News, STK sets itself apart as an alternative to the dark man caves that traditionally serve as steakhouses. Instead of a corner bar, the rail sits in the center of diners, bringing a vibrant vitality to the dining room. The design sparkles instead of subdues, a slick feminine twist on the traditional red meat and seafood eatery style.

The upcoming Cherry Creek STK will occupy a space occupied last in 2014 as Earls Kitchen + Bar (per the Biz Journal). PR representatives said that the One Group does not yet have an opening date for the new STK.
