A representative told What Now Denver the eatery is projected open during the start of this upcoming Winter Park snow season. The menu is still being finalized but will have its Posu wild rice bowls as one option alongside its Bison Chili, Vegan Chili and Iko’s Green Chili Stew.
“Partnering with Winter Park allows us to share our thoughtfully prepared Native cuisine with visitors from all over. Not only is our food hearty, comforting and flavorful; it also expands access to Native ingredients and cuisine, ” Jacobs tells What Now Denver.
