Founded in 2018 in Colorado Springs, the Atlas Restaurant Group’s group of franchise restaurants include a juice bar, a Mediterranean food spot, a Latin American fusion location, a food pod group, a high-end culinary kitchen, Korean-inspired street eats, and Hawaiin-inspired comfort food. No word yet on which franchise will appear in this location, but any Atlas collaboration will aim to “elevate the local community by challenging the status quo, breaking down barriers, and activating the creative potential of those around us.”

Sounds like another solid culinary contribution to Colorado Springs.
