Bellota’s Boulder location will be located at 4580 Broadway.

The restaurant currently has one location at The Source Hotel and Market Hall at 3350 Brighton Boulevard in Denver, which was formally known as Acorn.

Bellota is Spanish for acorn and features a variety of Mexican dishes. Restaurant goers can sample a number of appetizers, including Wild Things Fries featuring sweet potato fries and carnitas, various regionally-inspired tacos, enchiladas, and more.

Cervesas, margaritas, and unique cocktails, such as Spanish Daisy and Ginger’s Lost Island, will tickle the taste buds of guests. Bellota’s agave-based bar program features dozens of spirits to savor.

Bellota comes from the creators of Acorn and Smok, who teamed up with Chef Manuel Barella to bring Mexican tastes to area residents.
