Big Bear Ice Arena Might be Getting a New Retail Center

The Parking Lot of This Neighborhood Ice Rink is Getting a Makeover.

The neighborhood ice skating rink Big Bear Ice Arena might be heading towards some changes soon. According to real estate intel obtained by What Now Denver, Big Bear Ice Arena has filed a permit with the city to open a retail center (strip mall) on the NW corner of its parking lot.

When What Now Denver talked with John Larchenko, the Arena Manager, we were told that they don’t have solid plans on what type of retail center will be opening soon, but that they’re in conversations to see what might be the best fit. We hope to have more information soon, so make sure to check back with us.
