The Blazing Bird restaurant menu offers heat levels ranging from original (no heat) to blazing—call the fire department—hot. Diners can choose The Bird, which is a buttered bun with a breast fillet, slaw, pickles, and comeback sauce. Other sandwiches include add ons such as a fried egg or macaroni and cheese.

Chicken tender tacos and burritos are available, along with bowls featuring chicken and mac and cheese or fries. If you want a cooler, lighter option, try a Caesar salad with original tenders.

The Blazing Bird Facebook page stated the grand opening date will be released soon for the downtown location at 1920 17th St. in Denver.
