Limelight Hotel Boulder, set to open in 2025, will be a vibrant new addition to the city’s The Hill neighborhood. The development, located at 1402 Broadway, will have a rooftop bar and a cafe/market, Snow Industry News reports.
Its cafe/market will serve as a convenient spot for quick bites and beverages, perfect for those on the go or looking to enjoy a casual meal in a more relaxed setting. The property will also boast a rooftop social club and pool, with a feature a stylish bar and lounge area.
Molly Donnelly, Director of PR for Limelight Hotels, told What Now Denver, “At this time, we do not have any additional information to share as it relates to F&B. The hotel (Limelight Boulder) is set to open in late Summer/early Fall of 2025. We will be in touch when we have more information to share.”
With a 15,000-square-foot ballroom and a total of 30,000 square feet of meeting space, the 252-room establishment, which is directly across from the University of Colorado Boulder, is sure to be a very busy business once it opens next year.
