The establishment is preparing to unveil the vibrant French-American diner this fall. It promises a high-energy dining experience and eclectic dinner cuisine, five days a week. On weekends, the place will host drag brunches and live piano performances.
Recently, the property underwent renovations, but it still retains its classic 1960s Googie-style design. The 3,684-square-foot building has a bar and a spacious outdoor patio with an occupancy of over 200.
Champagne Tiger’s owner is Chris Donato, a pop-up event operator who was formerly with Frasca Hospitality Group. “Champagne Tiger has taken possession of the space, hired a full management team, and is currently hiring for hourly positions,’ he told What Now Denver.
