Project master and concept plan applications were filed with the city but are listed as “resubmitted required”. Documents show the company is proposing the construction of a 5,597-square-foot fast-food restaurant with a drive-thru, outdoor dining area, and indoor playground.

A statement provided to What Now Denver by Chick-fil-A reads, “We are always evaluating potential new locations in the hopes of serving existing and new customers great food with remarkable service. We would very much like to have more restaurants in the Denver area, but we have no new locations to confirm at this time.”

The company is renowned for its chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service. Founded in 1967 in Georgia, Chick-fil-A has grown into one of the most sought-after franchise brands in the QSR market.
