Beau Jo’s Pizza has six restaurants in Colorado including its original spot in Idaho Springs, and others in Arvada, Fort Collins, and Longmont. Beau Jo’s Pizza also operates a food truck to bring Colorado-style pizza to hungry diners.

Beau Jo’s is known for its Colorado Mountain Pie, which “has a hand-rolled edge of daily made dough creating a barrier to hold in a mountain full of fresh toppings, to satisfy an adventurous appetite.” Diners can add a little sweetness to the crust by dipping it in honey.

According to the company website, Beau Jo’s offers “a wide range of mountain pie options, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and cauliflower pizza crust.” The pizza dough is homemade and topped with sauce and fresh ingredients.

The menu also includes calzones, salads, sandwiches, and shareable appetizers such as Honey Cheese Bread, Buffalo Wings, and spinach and artichoke dip served with vegetables and chips. Sweet desserts include a chocolate chip cookie, cobblers, and ice cream.
