Priding itself on providing the freshest ingredients to its diners, Curtis Park Deli will open its third location and first outside of Denver in the spring of 2022.
The new Curtis Park Deli will be located in downtown Boulder. “As a CU alum, I’ve been trying to bring the brand to Boulder for some time,” said founding partner Michael Reif. “The Boulder community is a great fit for how we like to run our business—focusing on high quality, hyper local ingredients, and over the top customer service.”
Partner Dashiell Harrison added that they have been looking for a third location for a while, and when the spot became available, it was a no-brainer to move forward with the expansion in Boulder. “It’s right next to the Google campus, in an area that is being developed with more office buildings and apartments.”
The neighborhood delicatessen offers fresh sandwiches, which are made using just-baked ciabatta, a variety of locally-sourced meats, and crisp vegetables. All condiments are made fresh daily. Curtis Park Deli also strives to use minimal packaging and paper products.
The menu includes the Curtis, which features corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and house-made thousand island. The French includes Niman ham, brie, mixed greens, house-made mustard, and house-made aioli. Curtis Park Deli also offers an expansive menu of coffees and teas.
Curtis Park Deli has locations in the Denver neighborhoods of Curtis Park and Cherry Creek. The new restaurant will open at 3000 Pearl Parkway, Suite 1300, Boulder, CO 80301 for lunch and catering, Monday through Saturday, next spring.
