A representative from CulichiTown wasn’t available to comment on where and when exactly the new location will be opening, but we’re sure that CulichiTown will make a great addition to the community no matter where is opens in the Denver area.

“When people decide to migrate to the United States there is something else that we miss apart from our families and the people we grew up with in our home towns,” according to their official website. And the restaurant strives to do replicate the food that they miss from Culiacán.

The menu features appetizers such a ceviche trio, shrimp empanadas and guacamole, a selection of tacos such as fish tacos, shrimp tacos, a steak taco and more. They also have breaded and fried sushi-fusion rolls, burgers, grilled seafood and meat, and a selection of cold seafood. You can check out their menu here.
