Says founding partner Michael Reif in a statement, “As a CU alum, I’ve been trying to bring the brand to Boulder for some time. The Boulder community is a great fit for how we like to run our business—focusing on high quality, hyper local ingredients, and over the top customer service.”

Continues partner Dash Harrison, “We had been looking for our third location for a while and when this particular space popped up in Boulder it was kind of a no-brainer for us—it’s right next to the Google campus, in an area that is being developed with more office buildings and apartments.”

The new Boulder location offers pickup, catering and third-party delivery, has 25 dine-in seats available and features a beautiful mural of the Boulder mountains and foothills from artist, Kamla Presswalla, who painted the walls at the two restaurants in Denver.

Curtis Park Deli serves fresh sandwiches that are stacked and wrapped to-order, on just-baked ciabatta with clean meats and crisp, seasonal veggies. Bread is delivered every morning from City Bakery to guarantee the freshness demanded by every sandwich; and condiments, including house aioli and mustard, are made daily, which means no preservatives and never from a can; they also make homemade pickles and slice every sandwich to order.

Curtis Park Deli strives to deliver community-driven food, featuring as many local and domestic artisanal products as possible, and takes care to use minimal packaging and paper products.
