Downtown Castle Rock to Gain Craft Butcher Shop

SALT Craft Meat Market is scheduled to open in fall of 2022.

A new concept with a focus on high quality meats will open later this year in downtown Castle Rock. “We are excited to be opening a craft butcher shop, offering high-quality meats raised by local farmers and ranchers,” said SALT Craft Meat Market owner Jordan Hinton.

Hinton and her husband are both Colorado natives and have been involved in agriculture since childhood. “Salt, as an ingredient, brings out the best flavors in food, and we strive to do the same in our community and the local farmers and ranchers that we partner with,” Hinton said.

“We will also be offering a seasonal selection of grab-and-go meals, deli sandwiches, and meal kits,” Hinton told What Now Denver.

SALT is expected to open at 611 Wilcox St., Ste. B, Castle Rock, CO 80104 in the fall of 2022.
