A quick-serve restaurant featuring a menu of build-your-own craft superfood bowls and smoothies is headed to Colorado. The first Everbowl in the state is being planned for Greenwood Village.
Bowls feature acai, acerola, pitaya, and graviola as the base ingredient along with unlimited fresh fruit toppings and healthy add-ins. A couple of options include the Blue Lagoon featuring a base of pitaya, coco love, and blue majik topped with chia pudding, strawberries, pineapple, and shaved coconut, and the Apple Up with a base of acai and vanilla topped with everoats, granola, cinnamon apples, and cinnamon.
Smoothies include options such as NanaBerry Bliss, which is a classic strawberry banana smoothie, and Matcha Magic, a matcha smoothie.
Everbowl was established in Southern California in 2016 and now has nearly 50 locations in multiple states including California, Nevada, and Utah. Full Circle Restaurant Group owner and Everbowl area representative for Colorado Vu Tran is opening Everbowl at 4920 S. Yosemite St., Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
“When I actually went to go visit the Everbowl brand and the company, it was like I was talking to family,” Tran said. “From their core values of making friends and having fun to just creating a good neighborhood environment, and it just aligned with what I believe in. The two things I really believe in is entrepreneurship and leadership development.”
The Greenwood Village location is in the early stages of development but is expected to open sometime in the summer of 2022. There are other Colorado Everbowl locations in the works including in Arvada, Denver, Parker, and Thornton.
