The plan to open the restaurants include locations such as south of Denver Tech Center, in several Texas cities, and in Missouri.

A Cherry Creek location opened recently, and other locations are already in the works for several Colorado cities including Colorado Springs, Dillon, Louisville, and on E. 14th St. in Denver.

Snarf’s menu items include a variety of sandwich options—The Italian, Prime Rib, French Dip, and NY Steak to name a few. Snarf’s also offers fresh salads, rotating soups, and more.

Snarf’s became a Colorado staple when Seidel opened the first restaurant in Boulder back in 1996. The chain now has more than two dozen locations across Colorado and in St. Louis, Missouri and Austin, Texas.
