Two Ravens Soap Company, which offers a variety of unique, handcrafted bar soaps, bath and body care items, and more, is tentatively expected to open this summer. Owner Jake Miller recently signed the lease for the space at 9729 Coal Mine Ave. in Littleton. The current 6,000-square-foot space will be divided into two suites, and Miller will take over 1,500-square-feet in Unit R.

“Once that’s built up, I’m going to go ahead and do some painting, get all my fixtures on the wall for retail setup, any tables, any other type of furniture.” Miller plans to create 1,000 square feet of production area in the back with a sink and stainless-steel tables with a shipping area. He hopes to open to the public sometime in August.

Miller first began operating Two Ravens Soap Company out of his house in Littleton in 2014 but always knew he wanted to open a brick-and-mortar location. “When you’re small, and handcrafted, and rooted in your community, people will support you. And, thankfully, during the Pandemic, our local communities really came out to support small businesses like mine,” Miller shared.

Miller has been selling at craft fairs and farmers’ markets. His search for a storefront continued for three years, and he finally found the perfect location. “We’ve been working hard to get the lease signed, and I’m stoked. I cannot wait to get in there and have my end, final goal achieved, and then just grow that even more.”

Two Ravens Soap Company sells handcrafted bar soaps, beard care, bath and body care items, candles, soy wax melts, facial serum, and more. “We’ll basically bring that whole offering that we’ve had for the last eight years and just expand on that within the space now that I’ll have more room.” He hopes to add mustache wax and beard butters. Once the storefront opens, Miller plans to continue selling at craft fairs and farmers’ markets.
