This combination of sports and snacks all in one building will be a massive 80,000-square-foot space — the largest pickleball center in Colorado. The property will host 20 indoor pickleball courts and two outdoor courts, for both seasoned players and beginners to enjoy. There will be membership options available and opportunities for drop-in play.

Complementing the courts will be a vibrant food hall with eight independently operated stalls, showcasing the best of local cuisine. Visitors can look forward to a diverse array of culinary options, a bar, and a coffee shop. There will be ample indoor and outdoor seating for dining and socializing.

Relish is the brainchild of founders Tory Leggat, Jeff Youngstrom, and Hillier Collins, and the project is supported by a team of experts — including Ben Lampert, Jari Brandt, Joe Puhr, and Kate Kaufman, as well as Swan Dive Design Studios and Engine 8 Architects.

Leggat told What Now Denver that they are “actively looking for great people and concepts to fill our food hall right now – – we’d love to meet anyone interested!” The team has just received a building permit and is working with a contractor, and hopes to open next year.
