The bistro and bakery is set to open in Downtown Fort Collins, on 133 S College Ave, amongst good company. The bistro will be neighboring LuLu Asian Bistro, Brothers Bar & Grill and Rove.

When What Now Denver spoke with Phillipe Boutinet, he told us that some menu highlights will include “bouillabaisse, coq au vin, steak frites, things that you would find in a standard French bistro in France.”

You can expect more updates here once the construction is closer to finishing. We can’t wait to sit down wine a glass of wine and some steak frites.
