Green District Salads is moving along with plans to open locations in Colorado. According to leasing intel, a new Green District could be planned for 2620 S. Timberline Rd. in Fort Collins.
Green District locations are coming soon to two other Colorado spots including the Denver Tech Center and Northgate in Colorado Springs.
The Green District website states one restaurant will be located at 8000 E. Belleview Ave., Ste. B30, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, and the second will open soon at 7 Spectrum Loop, Ste. 110, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
Founded by Jordan Doepke, Chris Furlow, and Matt Perry back in 2017, Green District now has locations in several states including Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. The Castellan Group is backing Green District to help add restaurants in other cities over the next several years.
Green District provides high-quality, healthy food including signature salads, grain bowls, and wraps. Soup, pasta salad, and hummus are also available to diners.
Opening dates have not been released for any of the new Colorado locations.
