Want to build-your-own mac and cheese with all the fixings and toppings and options of cheeses? The mac and cheese brand, I Heart Mac and Cheese, that Eater deemed “the Chipotle of mac and cheese” is set to open a location in Littleton!
This will be the first Colorado location for the Florida-based chain that has outposts across to U.S. The address is set to be 1100 Sgt Jon Stiles, right off the W Highlands Ranch Highway.
Apart from the build-your-own options, I Heart Mac and Cheese also has chef’s specials such as the Lobster & White Truffle Mac with Maine lobster, muenster cheese, scallions and white truffle oil, or The Cuban with pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickles.
The branch in Littleton will be operated by the Full Circle Restaurant Group which is led by Vu Tran. They announced more locations in Denver, Boulder and Stapleton.
