What Now Media reached out for comment about the project. Vice President of Marketing Cassie Pinckney said, “We are still very much in the development and design stages… I can’t confirm designs, permits, or an official opening date at this time.”

Pinckney also said more information would become available as it gets closer to 2024. A Denver Post article reports that the property will be a massive 12,000-square-foot space where both concepts will operate.

Perdida is a Mexican-inspired concept with tacos, fajitas, and exotic cocktails, while Homegrown Tap & Dough is a local pizzeria that has been expanding lately, and will add a location in Parker next year as well. Gastamo Group is a Colorado-born hospitality group that includes other popular Denver brands like Park Burger, Park & Co, and Lady Nomada.
