This all gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free (vegan!) cottage kitchen food provider is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Aurora City Center at 14531 E Alameda Ave, within the new and exciting Parkside Collective development, hopefully by the end of September.

Gina’s Kitchen Delights’ offerings range from specialty chocolates like toasted pecan and almond crunch, to a range of cookies like oatmeal crisp and classic chocolate chip, to cakes and bread and more!

“I started my gluten and dairy free quest in 2011 and was truly disappointed at the offerings for those of us with food intolerances and allergies. I wanted food to still taste good!,” Regina Di Tullio, the founder and operator of Gina’s Kitchen Delights, told What Now Denver. “I realized quickly that I was going to have to create those adaptations myself. With  creativity, a LOT of patience, and some help from the internet I found many alternative food sources that I was able to cultivate into delicious, (at least I think so), baked goods.”

“If you, or someone you know, is tired of struggling to find cookies that taste like cookies and pie that tastes like pie, then contact us,” writes Gina. I definitely have my eyes on that berry crisp and more.
