City records show the business was recently approved for a build-out of the business. As part of the extensive renovations, the venue is undergoing significant interior tenant improvements, which include new bar equipment, a water heater, and upgrades to the HVAC system. The total project cost is approximately $41,475, and it’s being managed by BLN Construction LLC and CLAD Architecture + Design.
Owned by Golden Rueckert and partner Kevin, the venue promises a lively sports bar atmosphere with three state-of-the-art golf simulators and multiple TVs for catching all the big games. The two are from Chicago and will offer a place to watch Bears games.
Ironwood will offer daily drink specials, making it easy for patrons to enjoy their favorite beverages without breaking the bank. While the bar does not have an in-house kitchen, guests can order from Parkway Food Hall.
