Goodly Cookies Coming to The Coloradan By The End of 2021

Oh so good-ly… The Utah-based cookie brand Goodly Cookies is set to open up shop in The Coloradan hopefully by Black Friday 2021 or by the end of the year, so that the residents of this Union Station apartment complex can have their pick of fresh baked cookies soon.

Known for being “the best gourmet cookies in Utah,” according to their website, Goodly Cookie serves a variety of cookies such as its namesake “The Goodly General” which is “the best fresh baked, late night Chocolate Chip cookie out there.” The Goodly General is a classic chocolate chip cookie, but elevated with “the finest ingredients in the land bathed in chewy goodness, baked to golden perfection and doused with a chocolate chunk kick.”

Other baked items include a “S’mores” cookie with a honey graham cookie base and marshmallow, the “Brookie” which is half chocolate chip-half brownie, the “Oh Sweet Lemon” which is a lemon cookie with white chocolate chips and a lemon glaze, the “Big CinnaJon” which is a snickerdoodle-inspired cookie, and more.
