Popular chain Ziggi’s Coffee is adding another location in the Denver metro: this one at 6409 N Biscay St. Commercial construction and electrical permits were filed this week with the city, What Now Denver found.
The scope of the work that is being done for this new build is extensive, according to permits. It includes grading, parking lot, sidewalks, roofing laying foundation, putting up awnings and fixtures, installing utilities, and more.
Ziggi’s Coffee is working with MAH Architectural Group on the project. Documents show it is planned to be 624 square feet and have a drive-thru.The site is in Green Valley Ranch, across the street from the new Altaira at High Point residential community.
A Colorado-founded brand, Ziggi’s Coffee offers delicious java drinks, smoothies, and teas, along with treats like breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, paninis, and scones.
