Popular brunch spot HashTAG is planning a third location, slated to open at 1125 17th Street in Denver.
The new location will join the current spots already open in Central Park and Highlands Ranch.
Chef Troy Guard is behind the boozy brunch concept, which offers unique menu options like the gluten-free Pho Real Hangover Cure — a noodle dish with pulled chicken and veggies — and the mini hot cake trio, which features hot cake flavors like blueberry with candied pecans and sea salt caramel with chocolate chip. Other menu options include breakfast sandwiches, hashes, burritos and biscuits and gravy. HashTAG also serves coffee, signature cocktails and mimosas.
There is also an Aloha menu offered at HashTAG, which is a rotating menu of features from Guard’s kitchen.
HashTAG is the only brunch concept in the TAG Restaurant Group portfolio, which also includes Guard and Grace, Los Chingones, Bubu, Tag Burger Bar and Done Deal.
A representative with TAG Restaurant Group shared that this HashTAG location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.
