The establishment will take over the space at 2133 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80227, the address where Rosemary Cafe resided for decades before closing in May.
Epps is the mind behind both Jelly Cafe concepts, one at 600 E. 13th Ave. in Capitol Hill, and the second near the University of Denver.
Instead of turning Rosemary Cafe into another jelly-centric joint, Epps opted instead to fill a perceived vacancy in the neighborhood dining scene.
Harvey Park Grille will serve lunch, dinner, and “probably” a weekend brunch, according to Epps. He also hopes to bring a full bar with draft beers and cocktails to the eatery and is aiming to price entrees under $15.
Epps hope’s to make Harvey Park Grille a “neighborhood spot.”
