The property is located on the ground floor of the Westpark Apartments, which has a number of new retail spaces including Chopstickers next door. It is one block from the Colorado State University campus, which hosts 33,000 students every day. It’s an endcap space with high visibility and off-street parking.

Details of the work being done at the property show the job is valued at $450,000. It is unclear when the renovations will be done or when the establishment will open its doors to the community.

Just Love Coffee has been in business since 2009 and sells coffee, teas, lemonades, breakfast and lunch foods, and yummy baked treats. The company did not return a request for comment in time for publication.
