An Evergreen health food restaurant will begin offering its dishes at a Denver location in February. According to a BusinessDen article, Kiki’s Fresh Bowls will be located at 2308 S. Colorado Blvd. in University Hills, the former Donut House spot.
Owners Tiffani and Rand Packer own several other restaurants and opened the first Kiki’s Fresh Bowls in Evergreen in August 2020.
Kiki’s offers acai bowls with a selection of fruits, granola, honey drizzle, peanut butter, and more. Or choose a poke bowl with diced raw fish or grilled chicken, other fresh ingredients, and sauce.
The menu will also include smoothies and Kiki Coolers, which include loose leaf iced tea and fresh lemonade. Fruit Water is also available with still or sparkling water with coconut, vanilla, and a simple syrup of diced mango and strawberry.
According to the Kiki’s Fresh Bowls website, the restaurant was “inspired by the distinct palettes of Hawaiian cuisine and native ingredients incorporated into their cooking.”
