Kodiac Brewery & Grill will debut at the former Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ location at 7685 E Arapahoe Rd Centennial, CO 80112, according to an LLC filed with the state. A What Now Denver interview with Owner Nanda Maranani is forthcoming. The Denver Post reported that Maranani is also associated with other restaurants in south Denver.
The location includes a spacious indoor-outdoor patio area as well as a large parking lot. Kodiac will share the lot with First National Bank and a large but seemingly sparse strip mall hidden behind the expansive old Smokin’ Dave’s BBQ building.
