Opening its doors in 2005, the fine tea company has seen its share of changes. It has locations in Boulder, Ft. Collins, Cherry Creek, and now at the Denver Pavilions.

Snyder recently completed the interior renovation for the Denver Pavilions location. The scope included the addition of a new tea tasting counter, new sinks and plumbing fixtures, new flooring, and upgraded food service areas and equipment.

This project is significant to the “reopening” of the 16th street mall after many businesses were forced to shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having Ku Cha House of Tea is sure to support the revitalization of the Denver Pavilions and draw people back to Downtown Denver.
