Mexican restaurant Cocina & Cantina, which has locations in Berthoud and Loveland, has a new spot “coming soon”, according to posts from the business. The chain is adding a Johnstown location at 30 Gateway Dr #2.
While the location is technically on the outskirts of Berthoud, it is right on the border of Johnstown, and will be located right next to the new Buc-ees being built off of I-25.
The company made the announcement of the pending establishment on Facebook last week. It stated that the new location will have a drive-thru attached for added convenience.
Cocina & Cantina is described as an authentic Mexican eatery, with menu items like burritos, quesadillas, tortas, tacos, chile rellenos, fajitas, and sopapillas. The business offers large portions and has a casual dining room.
