The restaurant will be across from the iconic Union Station within The Coloradan mixed-use building. It’s estimated that the opening date is late summer or early fall 2024.

A lease has been signed, plans are under review, and permits are being filed with the city, a company representative told What Now Denver. The restaurant space will be 1,380 square feet, including a 250-square-foot dining area and a 530-square-foot kitchen.

Founded by Swedish entrepreneurs Glenn and Elisabet Eriksson, the concept has partnered with renowned Chef Troy Guard, TAG Restaurant Group, and NHL Hall of Famer Peter Forsberg to bring its offerings stateside.
