Information released by Pokeworks earlier this year hinted that the Greenwood Village location would open sometime this summer.

Entrepreneurs Thi TranTich Nguyen, and Liyang Chung will develop the Greenwood Village site, as well as three other franchise locations across the Denver Metro area.

The Pokeworks menu includes traditional poke bowls, burritos, salads, and sides, with gluten-free and vegan options available. The brand serves sashimi-grade sustainable fish, proteins, freshly cut veggies, and hand-crafted sauces.

Pokeworks was founded in 2015 and now has about 70 locations with 85 more planned nationwide by the end of 2022.
