According to the restaurant agent, Jack Lu is the founder of Nana’s. This won’t be Lu’s first venture as he owns and operates several additional food concepts including Kona Hawaiian BBQ, Sumo Sushi, Sapporo Sushi, and Mr. Ramen. Nana’s adds a Chinese twist to the restaurateur’s portfolio.

“Aurora has one of the largest Asian communities in the area,” Lu said.

The casual restaurant will offer the entire Aurora community a rich menu of traditional small Chinese brunch plates steamed and fried dumplings filled with meat, veggies, and various sauces. In addition, expect buns to dips, soups, noodle soups, noodle dishes, fried rice, fried rice dishes, and a variety of savory snacks to fill up on.

The large, approximately 3,100 square foot space will occupy the end space in the Village in the Park. Next to the bb.q Chicken Korean fried chicken eatery, there are plenty of diverse eateries continuing to pop up in one of Aurora’s most dynamic commercial hubs.
