“I’m just very excited to bring a business like this to Boulder because you see these in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York,” said Magoo’s CKC owner Jacob Maged. “I think it’s going to be very cool, especially around the CU-Boulder campus. I think it’s a great fit for Pearl Street.”

Shoppers can peruse a selection of Yeezy, Jordan, and Nike sneakers, as well as sports card by the individual and the box. Because prices change daily, a lot of item prices are “or best offer,” especially for sports cards.

Clothing brands include Supreme, Essentials, Nike, and Adidas. “There’s a whole variety of the mix of sports and street-hype,” Maged said. “It should be pretty cool. There’s nothing really like it here in Boulder.”

Maged has been selling items online for years, and this will be the first brick-and-mortar location for Magoo’s CKC. Maged hopes to expand into different cities in the future. “This is a great time in both of these markets to capitalize and get the business going.”

Maged is working to finalize the Magoo’s CKC website. Some items will be in-store only, but most of the 7,000 items will be available online.

Magoo’s CKC is expected to open at 1721 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302 next month. Molly Bayer with CBRE worked on the leasing transaction.
