If you’re looking for fresh, made-from-scratch flatbread sandwiches, soups, and salads in Loveland, you will soon have to look no further. Red Bear Cafe owner Brian Falkenberg told What Now Denver his new restaurant will open this Saturday for pickup, delivery, and catering with indoor seating coming soon.
Falkenberg hopes to have indoor dining open by the end of this month if everything goes as planned, but if not, the opening date could push into December. “We’re just trying to remodel the inside of the store, and so we’re not ready to have people in. But we’d like to get our name out there,” Falkenberg said.
The Red Bear Cafe menu offers breakfast flatbreads. They also offer flatbread options that can be ordered as a sandwich or salad such as the DiMaggio with meatballs or grilled chicken, provolone, and more, or the Pronghorn with falafel.
Red Bear Cafe will also feature an espresso bar. Falkenberg said they would like to add smoothie and milkshake options at some point in the future.
Red Bear Cafe will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Free WiFi and work tables will also be available for people looking for a spot to work remotely.
