Stella’s Cucina, an authentic Italian restaurant owned by restauranteur Stella Spanu, is set to open in early 2023 in Boulder, Colorado, challenging traditional concepts around fine dining by incorporating a modern design setting paired with a dynamic music program.

Awarding-winning Head Chef Filippo Piccini brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and creativity to the table. Born and raised in a small seaside village in Tuscany, Saturnia, home to great food and one of the most notorious wine regions, Chef Filippo was introduced to the culinary world at a very young age and has owned and managed some of the best restaurants across Italy.

The love of Italian traditions has gone into every aspect of planning Stella’s Cucina, including its menu. Featuring Italian favorites and inspired dishes, Stella’s Cucina is designed to please every palette. Additionally, the restaurant is located in a historic building. From the award-winning architects who built it over 100 years ago to the interior design and state-of-the-art kitchen, the entire space is sure to wow first-timers in the space.

Stella’s Cucina is set to open on Friday, January 13, to the general public and is located at 1123 Walnut St, Boulder, CO 80302.
