“We have a lot of renovations in there that we’re working on right now,” said Angela Reynolds, co-owner of Luxe Daiquiri Lounge. “It will look totally different.”

Reynolds and co-owner Latrina Ollie plan to add a lot of greenery and flowers to create a relaxed, garden-like space. The walls will be decorated for photo opportunities. “We’re just super excited.”

Reynolds said Luxe Daiquiri Lounge will have day parties on Saturdays with a DJ and live music for Sunday events and brunches. “We don’t have a lot of places for us. Either you’re 21 or you’re older than the demographic that we’re trying to target. We just don’t have a space where we can sit, and look cute, and drink a little drink,” Reynolds told What Now Denver. “It’s just something new and different for Colorado Springs.”

Luxe Daiquiri Lounge won’t serve beer, just daiquiris and cocktails. The menu will feature Southern tapa-style menu items with options such as small bites of fried ravioli and charcuterie boards. The space can also be used to host private events.

“I’m looking forward to people coming to see about this space. It’s definitely going to be a sight to see,” Reynolds said. “I’m really anticipating for people to have a space that they can come to network. We’re going to have WiFi there.”

They are still waiting on the liquor license but plan to hold a soft opening in late June with a grand opening in early July.
