New Pizza Concept Headed to Denver

A new Detroit-style pizza restaurant concept is being planned for the Jefferson Park neighborhood in Denver.

Founder Juan Padró of The Culinary Creative Group, which is behind area restaurant concepts such as Bar Dough and Ash’Kara, is partnering with Michael Griber and Michael Moylen of Mag Builders to build the new restaurant dubbed Red Tops Rendezvous, according to a BusinessDen article.

The restaurant will feature chicken wings and hamburgers, but it’s focus will be Detroit-style pizza with a thick, crispy crust. The article stated Kevin Eddy, who is co-founder of Culinary Creative, grew up in Detroit, so he wanted to bring that type of pizza to Denver.

The new 4,600-square-foot restaurant is new construction and will be located at 2917 W. 25th Ave., Denver, CO 80211. Red Tops Rendezvous is expected to open in August.
