If everything goes according to plan, the new Old Chicago location will open this April. The article reports the space will provide seating for up to 500 guests and create jobs for about 60 people.

Old Chicago diners can try a selection of rolls including pepperoni and buffalo chicken, as well as Italian nachos, Bavarian pretzel sticks, and hand-tossed wings. Handcrafted pizzas with a base of homemade dough, topped with cheese and a variety of sauces and toppings will be available to savor.

The expansive menu also features burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, and more. Old Chicago offers dozens of brews, including local flavors, on tap plus a selection of wines and cocktails.

Old Chicago has about 20 other locations across the state of Colorado. The future address for Old Chicago is next to the Denver ChopHouse & Brewery inside the Union Pacific building at 1735 19th St., Denver, CO 80202.
