Onefold to… Twofold? The Denver restaurant serving organic breakfasts and lunchs: Onefold is set to open a second location within the new luxury high rise building The Pullman, located near Union Station on 1919 19th St.
“An impeccably designed residence in the heart of Denver’s most walkable, enviable neighborhood,” according to their website, The Pullman promises to bring “cosmopolitan living to the heart of downtown Denver.”
Onefold is going to fit right in with the cosmopolitan building with its carefully curated menu featuring items like bacon fried rice with duck fat fried eggs, breakfast tacos on homemade tortillas, or homemade crepes with seasonal berries.
When What Now Denver talked with owner Mark Nery, we were told that there isn’t a set opening date yet, but that they plan to open in the next couple of weeks. We can’t wait!
