Marchitelli’s is now set to branch out to a second location for the first time with Marchitelli’s Cucina. The new location is set to be in Fort Collins on 2400 E Harmony Rd, right off Snow Mesa Dr. It will be neighboring Rally5 Crafted Eats & Bar and The Villaggio.

When What Now Denver talked with Micheal Marchitelli, we were told that Marchitelli’s Cucina will be a similar concept to Marchitelli’s Gourmet Noodle, with a menu that features “a lot of my grandmother’s recipes” said Marchitelli. “The tagline is going to be: upscale Italian restaurant. [Where] we’re going to make fresh pasta, serve specialty Italian cocktails and have a wine list that features around 68 bottles where 90% of them will be Italian varietals.”

They are hoping to open by September 1st but might open earlier or later according to liquor licensing. Marchitelli’s Cucina will be dine-in only to start when it opens. We can’t wait!
