Annie Song, franchise owner for the new location, told What Now Denver, “Right now, we don’t have an official opening date, but we are anticipating a July opening.”

They are currently in the process of construction at the space and are finishing up the inspections that are required. She is now hiring for back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house positions.

While she has experience with business ownership, having owned a clothing store in Aurora for many years, this is her first venture into the franchising world. Song signed a four-unit development agreement with Paris Baguette for the metro area; she has executed a lease for a second store in Colorado Springs and is scouting for the other two.

“I’m looking forward to meeting the new customers and building a relationship with those who become regulars, and seeing their joy coming to the bakery and smelling all the nice fresh pastries,” Song said.
