Pokeworks is known for its poke creations as well as its ‘Poke-Your-Way’ option for guests to build their own poke bowls, burritos or salads by selecting a base protein – tuna, salmon, chicken, shrimp and tofu, unique regional mix-ins, flavoring sauces and crunchy toppings.

In December, the poke brand will make its Denver debut inside the Belleview Promenade shopping center in Greenwood Village at 8000 E. Belleview Ave.

“We’re excited to introduce our fresh Hawaiian-inspired flavors in Colorado,” said Pokeworks CEO Steve Heeley in a statement. “We can’t wait to share our passion for creating customizable poke with the Denver community this December!”

In preparation for the opening, Denver’s Pokeworks plans to hire 50 new team members including cashiers, cooks and managers.

“Everyone in Denver will soon learn that there are so many options for guests to find the perfect flavorful combination and support a healthy lifestyle,” said Franchisee Thi Tran. “We look forward to hiring an amazing new team to grow the Pokeworks brand across the nation.”

This debut will mark the first Pokeworks in Colorado with four more locations planned to open over the next two years.

Denver’s Pokeworks will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
