In line with its vision to highlight conscious brands on the rise, Pop Up Grocer has on display of over 120 brands and 300+ products in food, beverage, home, body, and pet care. Atop the shelves, visitors will find brands committed to sustainability, ingredient transparency bundled into uniquely-designed, creative packaging. Since the launch of Pop Up Grocer, the company has opened 8 locations, including in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington, D.C., making Denver its ninth destination.

The Pop Up Grocer model is designed to initiate trial and spark conversation surrounding brands that are not commonly found, or easily seen, in the supermarket. The store will feature a variety of national brands like Christie’s Chips, The Hampton Grocer, and Courtside; as well as several Colorado-based brands including Hazlo tequila mixer, Rowdy Mermaid kombucha, and vegan Byte Bars, among others. Pop Up Grocer donates 5% of in-store sales to one emerging brand and its founder.

“Denver is an active, wellness-minded city that has welcomed a lot of new residents in the last few years”, says Emily Schildt, Founder and CEO of Pop Up Grocer in a statement. “We’re thrilled to meet their enthusiasm for adventure with a like-minded array of products that are the perfect complement to their lifestyle.”

Pop Up Grocer Denver will be the first store following their rebrand. Designed in collaboration with Denver-based agency Make West, the store will feature bright and playful colors, checker tiled floors, and accents like a disco fridge room and a human-sized Plinko game.

Pop Up Grocer will operate between September 30th and October 30th, seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
